"THE MATTHEW... what an unusual name...", you may think now. In our opinion, there could not be a more fitting name for our new hotel in Wagrain. It was our great-grandfather Matthias Schönberger who bought this property back then, more than 100 years ago. Feel free to browse through the history of the hotel and our great-grandfather. Matthias Schönberger already had strict values to live by back then, and we would also like to honor these values in the future.
